Since some people have asked, this is what I’ve been working on recently: an exhibition game called The Mysterious Aphroditus. Here’s how my collaborator and awesome artist Kyla Vanderklugt describes it:

The Mysterious Aphroditus is the crown jewel of London theatre, capturing the hearts and imagination of audiences across the city. Equally skilled at taking on the role of prince or princess, no one knows the true identity of the epicene idol – but that won’t stop the high and low of Victorian society from battling it out, turn-based style, to win their favour in this sordid tale of petticoats and paramours.

(Audio recorded by Darc Productions, who did a great job on super short notice.)

It’s part of the Comics vs. Games jam, and if you’re in Toronto, you should definitely stop by either Magic Pony or TCAF to check it out! If you’re not, I’m sure it’ll go online eventually, but it really should be played with someone else, in-person, on that awesome giant screen.

The other games there are pretty awesome too. You should come down and check them out!

If you’ve already bought Analogue: A Hate Story from me and would like a Steam code, please send an email to me with the subject “Steam code” from the address you bought it with. I’ll get back to you with a key as soon as I can!

Back in the 25th century, Earth launched a generation ship into deep space, with the goal of establishing the first interstellar colony. It dropped out of contact and disappeared, never reaching its destination.

Thousands of years later, it has finally been found.

Uncover the mystery of what happened to the final generation aboard the generation ship Mugunghwa by reading through its dead crew’s logs, with the help of a spunky AI sidekick!

Two pursuable characters. Five endings. A dark visual novel that further extends the non-linear style of Digital: A Love Story in a mystery featuring transhumanism, traditional marriage, loneliness, and cosplay.

Welcome to the future.

Now on Steam, for $9.99. I’M PRETTY EXCITED ABOUT THIS GUYS, HOLY SHIT, YOU HAVE NO IDEA.

PS: If you’ve already bought the game from me directed, stay posted, I’ll give information on how to get Steam codes for it as soon as I know.

I’m going to be at PAX East this weekend. If you’re there too, you should say hi!

That is all.
